Media Wall Installation in Gateshead

Gateshead's industrial Tyneside heritage and its striking regeneration around the Sage and BALTIC at Gateshead Quays sit alongside terraced streets in Bill Quay and Wrekenton, with Low Fell and Whickham, to the south, bringing more affluent, larger semi-detached and detached housing.

In Low Fell and Whickham, larger family homes are common, and here we regularly build full fireplace media walls, taking advantage of the more generous room proportions typical of these established suburbs.

Bill Quay and Wrekenton have a stronger stock of Victorian and inter-war terraces, where fireplace media walls built into an existing chimney breast are our most common project, designed to suit typically compact front rooms.

Gateshead Quays and the regenerated riverside have brought newer apartment developments, where compact TV mounting suits the space better than a full structural build. Gateshead is around 2 hours 10 minutes from our Manchester base, and we schedule it alongside our Newcastle route.

Gateshead's mix of Low Fell's larger homes and Bill Quay's terraced streets calls for different design approaches, and we plan proportions and materials around your specific room from the first visit.

We schedule Gateshead alongside our Newcastle route, which keeps our finish standard identical to our closer coverage areas while still offering a reasonable timeframe for a free consultation. That same range shapes the first visit: a Low Fell or Whickham consultation usually moves into discussing scale and integrated shelving, while a Bill Quay or Wrekenton visit is more about keeping a compact terraced front room well-proportioned.
